Really low cost- people get rid of old furniture that just needs scrubbing / painting / new cushions for free on Craig's list, or out to the curb. These pieces are also available at thrift shops. Church sales often have thee sets at their rummage sales, but those are typically in the spring. Also try Habit - For- Humanity Restore stores, if you have one in your area. After July 4, the retail stores will be marking them down
