Can you help me build this Cabinet?

I want to build a cabinet of some sorts that stores plastic containers on one side and oni and potatoes ect. on the other side. I only have about 21/2 feet wide and the dept of a stove to work with. has anybody seen such a cabinet that I can make? I thought I could put it on wheels to spin it. I have a small kitchen and space!

Essentially you want a trolley like they use in large libraries to cart books.Have you considered getting a pair of inexpensive bookcases, gluing and screwing them together, putting on a wheeled platform and covering with a butcher board top? -
