What kind of a saw are you using? Do you need to cut just one piece of wood or many? There are angles you can use or saws made for this. Peruse the hardware department of a big box home improvement store.
Use a chop saw. Or miter saw. You may need to verify on some scrap that the cuts are true. If not you will need to calibrate the saw which I do not know how to do

The bigger pieces will need a power tool type saw.
