How to make hinges-self closing?

I have kitchen cabinets with the hinges (see photos) that do not close on their own. I tried adjusting the screw attached to the curved metal but no change. Are these not adjustable?

I believe the screw in your hinge lets you adjust the hinge placement a bit so the door sits nicely. If you want your doors to self-close you'll have to buy self-closing hinges.
That is not a self closing hinge. The screw in the curved metal (tang) is to adjust the door in and out so it doesn't rub when closing. The recessed screw is for up and down adjustment.
William is right about the adjustments. You can buy "door dampers" to add to some "European" or "cup" hinges, but I don't think they'd work on yours.
We have IKEA cabinets with these attached to the hinges. They're not self-closing but they are "quiet" closing- meaning you give the door a push and it will close slowly and quietly.
You may want to take one of your hinges to the nearest hardware or big box store to see if you can get dampers to fit. Conversely, you may be able to get new cup hinges with dampers. I hope this helps!
Hi Steve,
Lots of input for you! They are right, yours are not self closing, you would need to purchase the self closing hinges to get them to do what you want. Available at DIY stores.
thx to all who responded. i will look into replacing the hinges, a few at time. expense is factor as well.

You don't have to remove hinges. There is a closure you will need only one per door. I recall seeing them at Menards a few years ago.
You can buy a”soft close damper” that fits above the hinge you have. It just takes one per cabinet door.Home Depot sells them. You can keep your hinges.
