We made what we call "the bus stop " as our BBQ PIT AREA. It really looks so amazingly close to this (with the exception of the swing). I would love to have this in my yard and would have no problem building it, we just don't have the room, but honestly, it would not be hard at all to construct.Helpful Reply -

Looks like it is mostly 2x6 and 2x8 boards and some post beams. I think with all the photos out there, you could do your own thing. But, the swing would need some tweaking, as the one shown would NOT even be comfortable for more than a minute!Helpful Reply -

You can find the videos either on YouTube or Pinterest, they explain them very well.Helpful Reply -

the swing is just a platform with 3 low sides. Not beyond simple carpentry skills. I am sure you can do it, send a picture when you're done.Helpful Reply -

Dear Gayle,My name is Patty Vandervort. I found your swing on pinterest. Its under porch swings and for any reason you don't find it, I saved it to my board.Helpful Reply -
