This simple project is better than anything you will find at West Elm and great news(!) you can finally put your scrap wood to good use! This bench is a great beginning project for someone just starting out and such a show stopper!
The process is simple, rip your plywood.
This tool makes it SO simple and safe!! It is called a GRR-RIPPER and is a must have for anyone that uses a table saw.
Give it a good sanding to get rid of the splinters and you are done!

Have a question about this project?
Good afternoon! I’m not seeing good pictures of what the top looks like, and I don’t have an example to go off of. Will you kindly provide a little more detail because I see there is a bottom board with a lot of little boards lined up perpendicularly for that board. But is it only one row of stacked boards all the way across the top? Also, what are the measurements for this bench, and I’m assuming these are just hairpin legs? Please advise
