there are kits you can buy (they deliver to your home) and construct it yourself and also Lowe's and some of the other big box stores have them and they deliver for a fee -

I learned this trick when I used to build car engines. To keep paint from getting on freeze plugs and such I would put down a thin coat of Vaseline, or other like product, with a vdry small paint brush. The paint will not stick to the grease, so you just pit the Vaseline where you don’t want paint.
