What's the recommended level of insulation for a shed (for an office)?

My next project is converting my shed into an office/gym. I'd like to make sure is well insulated for summer in particular as the sun is over the shed the whole day. Any details about insulating the walls and the ceiling would be great! Thank you!

If you do not already have drywall or paneling up.... the best insulation is the spray in foam.... it gets into all the little nooks and crannies and stops all air penetration... especially useful if the building was not originally intended to be used to house people... HomeAdviosr.com or Angieslist.com can recommend: review checked , reference verified companies.... they can give you the best information and suggestions on what will work in your project.
