How to clean a glass stove top?

We have burned on gunk on our glass stove top we have tried the cleaners that are supposed to clean them off but they have not worked. Any other methods i would like to try.

A razor blade scraper should do the trick. They are also very cheap.

Wipe down the stove top with vinegar then put baking soda on it cover with wet towel for 15 minute ...hope this helps
David,. There's a product called Crema something. It looks like Soft Scrub, white liquid. You'll need a sponge with a scratchy side. Pour only a little bit on the burned on gunk, and make circular nmotions, then up and down, then side to side. Wipe with a dry paper towel until it shines. Use more if this doesn't work. You can purchase this product, and others to clean the stove. Try Home Depot, Lowe's or your supermarket. They also have a spray for cooktops, that you use when your done. It gives it a nice shine. I use a special blade cleaner tool, then normal cleaner. You can buy from eBay or Amazon. Just put in kitchen hob cleaning tool.
Use the vinegar and baking soda first to soften the gunk. Follow up with Wiemans glasstop stove cleaner. DO NOT USE JUST ANY SCRATCH PAD. Find one that has a finer surface (Amazon- Ceramabryte-yellow pads ). I have scratched my surface thinking I could use any old thing available. The plus side, the polish is helping to buff them out.
