How do I clean and maintain stainless steel appliances?

Judy...Not sure what the name was but I have seen many items in the cleaning section of grocery stores of item that say they clean stainless but I do not have any so can't give you any more info...sorry but good luck in finding something.

I wipe with a damp microfiber cloth and nothing else. My favorite is SuperCloth.

If I have grease on my stove (black and stainless) I wipe with a dish tag with blue dawn soapy water for grease removal then the cloth.

If it has lost the shine, wd40 or vegetable oil applied sparingly and rubbed in will restore it.

Sometimes SS appliances require more polishing as opposed to more cleaning to get the finish looking shiny brand new again.
