Put hot water in a bowl, and put it in the oven, set at 400 degrees, for about 1 hr. The steam will loosen any stuck on grease, and crusty stuff. -

baking soda and vinegar clean almost anything up. -

I don't know how natural ammonia is but a small bowel set in the oven over night does a nice job.
