How do I clean stainless steel without leaving streaks?

Can someone help me find a way to Clean stainless steel appliances without streaks. I have tried vinegar, stainless steel cleaner and nothing seems to work. Please help!!Carrie U

I use these wipes coupled with a dry, microfibre cloth and always get a streak-free finish:

don't use cloth that has fabric softener on it or paper towels(they are coated/made with chemicals to increase absorbancy) they will both streak & smear
Clean with vinegar first then buff with baby oil. Makes them look like new and the baby oil helps break down spots that the vinegar cant clean
I have used rubbing alcohol on mine and it does a nice shiney job on all my stainless steel items with a paper towel or microfiber cloth. Just something to try on your things.
