If you can take the screen part off....put into a pan with boiling water and baking sofa and boil for 20 minutes. It comes out sparkling clean.
I soak in the kitchen sink in hot water and blue Dawn dishwashing detergent. Works like charm.
I would soak it in a pan with diluted degreaser. You can use the dishwasher but I have heard people complain that it will degrade the material in the screen.
If they won't fit into the dishwasher I would soak them in the sink in nearly boiling water with tons of soap. If it's a woven screen they can be hard to clean well so use a stiff bristle brush to scrub the grease out then pour nearly boiling water over and through the screen. Prop them on top of a bowl so you don't burn your hands.
