Easy Way to Clean Your Shower
I was trying to find a way to clean my shower with out hurting my neck and back. I had a squeeze mop sitting around that I know longer used for the floor so I decided to try it for cleaning the shower. It did a fabulous job! Without the pain.
I used regular Lysol cleaner. I already had cleaner on hand. Because of the sponge mop, it was really soapy.
I can reach the whole height of the shower wall without hurting my back.
I was also able to clean the spout. My videos would not upload for some reason. It shows before and after.
I attached a rubber band by looping in through the whole on the mop so it would hang from the hook on the shower rod. This way as the mop dries, the excess water drains in the tub.
I already had everything on hand. After so many uses, I went out and purchased another $1 store mop. You can get an upgraded mop if you chose. I might get the Mr. Clean one with a scrubber edge next time. I believe it was $9 at Dollar General. The Dollar Store mop squeeze handle tends to crack after usage when squeezing the water out of the sponge.

I’ve tried this but I thought the broom worked better. Anything we can do to protect our backs. Thanks for sharing.
