It may be lime, not calcium. Try the CLR first but if your results aren't great, try Lime Away. For some reason, I got better results with that product than the CLR. Might have to reapply several times, soaking then using a green scrubby.

CLR (calcium, lime, and rust) is a great product
CLR, then clean with soft scrub and a scrubby. Seal once cleaned.

Lay vinegar soaked towels on the areas with calcium and allow to soak, rinse and repeat if needed.
