First to clean it , products with bleach work best , but I can't take the fumes , so I use a vinegar and water solution with a few drops of dish detergent. I can handle a soft scrub with bleach I use it on the grout , scrub it in with a grout brush , or old toothbrush , let sit for about 15 minutes , the rinse . The bigger issue is why are you getting mold , here are tips to prevent it . Mold needs dampness , so keep your bathroom vent on when you shower and for about 15 minutes after you are done . If you don't have a vent , crack a window , if you don't have a window , keep your bathroom door open , after your shower. In all cases leave the bathroom door open for awhile after your shower , to let the steam and dampness out !!! A big help is keeping a squeegee in or next to the shower, use it on the shower walls and doors . by removing the excess water right away , there will be much less of a chance for mold to grow !
I dislike cleaning grout !!! So I don't it is easier to prevent it in the first place .
They do make products that you spray around your shower after you use it to help keep it clean and prevent mold , I haven't tried them, so I don't know how well they work .
