How do I clean a new toilet when we have hard water?

already use a filter but the new toilet and sink are turning brown :(

Buy the cheapest lemonade you can find and bicarbonate of soda using a mop remove all the water from the toilet pour the cheap lemonade down the loo then add the bicarbonate of soda it will bubble up then brush around with toilet brush leave it in there for 2 hours then flush -

You say you have a "filter", IF it was the right kind, you wouldn't have the problem. I was in the water treatment business 20 years, Once you get the toilet clean, contact a water treatment company for filters that WORK>
