What is best method for removing soap scum off of shower?

Krud Cutter? ormore hot soap and water with vinegar added...........
We like to use one cup warm vinegar with one cup dish soap. Spray it on and let it sit for one hour. The soap scum should wipe away pretty easily. Good luck!
Here's what I use:
Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 solution of Dawn dish soap and vinegar. Spray it on the hard water/soap scum stains and let it work. If they are tougher stains, you may have to scrub with a plastic scrubbie!
If it's really caked on, use oven cleaner. It works wonders.
