How do I fix my yellowed painted tiles?

I painted the tiles in my very small bathroom brilliant white ,the paint has turned yellow and is peeling off any hints as what to do

You could try using a paint remover to get the residue off and then prime the tiles with a good quality primer and then paint a final coat with paint that is waterproof such as an enamel which comes in sheen or flat.

strip the damaged tiles and use Tile covers instead or transfer tiles etc. Many colours - plan & patterned and metallic too....
Unfortunately you have to scrape it off and start over. Tile doesn't like paint, esp in a high moisture area. You have to use high moisture primer and paint to have a chance of getting it to stick. That's why I use oil for everything, but oil will yellow.
