How do I clean a tub insert?

What is the easiest and best way to clean a tub/shower insert? The tub bottom has raised designs, so it is not smooth. I'm sure abrasive cleaners are not good as the material is like a hard plastic.

My fiberglass tub insert was filthy (husband's bathroom). There were stains I couldn't get out no matter how hard I scrubbed. Took the advice of someone else here and used a can of blue Easy Off oven cleaner. Wow. The difference was amazing. I just sprayed it on, turned the exhaust fan on and closed the door behind me. Came back in about 30 minutes and used a clean broom to scrub and then rinse. So easy and so clean!
Loews or Home Depot use to sell Armstrong Linoleum cleaner. I used it on my kitchen cabinets b4 painting. Great Cleaner. BUT VERY CAUSTIC ! MUST WEAR GOOD GLOVES WHEN USING.
