DIY Linen Spray

Hi all! I just made a fresh batch of my chemical free linen spray and wanted to share how easy it is to make your home smell fresh without toxic chemicals and fragrances!
Here’s what you need -
8 oz spray bottle
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 c witch hazel
20-30 drops essential oils
Distilled water
Distilled water is important because water can be a breading ground for bacteria.
Witch hazel helps the oils mix with water. I have read that you could substitute vodka, but have never tried it.
Baking soda helps to absorb odors.
Essential oils add natural fragrance to the spray! Today I used 10 drops each of geranium, balm mint bush and bergamot. You can use any oils you like! It is important to make sure you are using a 100% pure essential oil though and not a fragrance oil.
I make sure to give my bottle a good shake before I use it each time. So easy!

Yes! I think if u know the favorite fragrances of people u could make this and give it as a gift with a pretty bow. And on a little attached note/card with the ingredients if they want to make more. A gift that keeps on giving!
