I've had good luck cleaning pillows in the washing machine and drying them in the dryer. This is with regular pillows for the bed. If you have extra-large pillows, or you're talking about couch cushions, you can also try steam cleaning them with a dedicated steam cleaner that you've rented or try using a clothes steamer/iron.

I just toss them in the washer and dryer! Then lay in the sun between beach towels and lay in the sun to finish drying.
I put mine in the washing machine on delicate, fluff them in the dryer, and mostly air dry.
Check the manufacturer's tag but if it is gone:
Sprinkle with baking soda, let sit then vacuum.
You can wash some pillows, depending on the construction.

Try OxiClean. Soak them first and use really hot water.
Put the pillows in a pillowcase, tie the top and throw them in the washing machine.
