Go to a home supply store and buy Matrix Pet Odor eliminator. It is an enzyme based cleaner that takes away the odors not hide them. -

I use straight vinegar in a spray bottle for cat or dog smells, including urine odor. Sometimes it takes more than one try, but it is cheap, effective and once it dries it is odor free. Just check any thing you are going to use it on in an inconspicuous place to make sure it doesn't alter the color or texture of what you will be spraying. Use enough to make sure that it really gets into any carpet or fabric. -

pet stores have an enzyme spray. you can find this at some groceries too. -

Hi Renee, You could make a solution of: one-quarter cup of hydrogen peroxide, a half-cup baking soda, and one teaspoon of dish soap. Use this solution to scrub an affected area. You can make bigger batches if necessary. It will clean and remove offending odor. Best of luck to you.
