Floor tiles? How do I get them shiny again?

I have steam cleaned my shiny floor tiles and they have gone dull. How do I get them shiny again

Were your tiles waxed over? The steam cleaner may have taken that off. -

What type of tiles? Linoleum? Ceramic? Porcelain? Vinyl? -

maybe try sanding them gently with fine sandpaper n put clear layer of protectant on top made for your floor type. Dont forget face mask n remove all dust b4 clear coat!! -

I'm assuming you have ceramic or porcelain tile which is porous. Oftentimes when the tile is installed a sealer is put on it. You might have just steamed that off. It is easy enough to correct. You can buy tile sealer at Lowe's or Home Depot. It is either a spray on or a liquid than you just apply following the manufacturer instructions.
