I'd use a pressure washer but keep back so you don't blast the wood fibers apart. Do you have any special challenges or is it just dirt?Helpful Reply -

Hi Colleen. I would get a bucket and mix Murphys oil soap with water, and scrub them down. Then rinse. I have done this and it worked very well. After it all dries maybe get some clear coat protective in a spray can to put on them.Helpful Reply -

Murphy's Oil Soap! Just like for indoor woodwork. Also Old English products work well too.Helpful Reply -
