There are spray paint for plastic. Wash well with bleach, let dry, paint away. Mine are 15 years old and look brand new!

Wash your chairs all over with a degreaser plus Oxy Clean. Then make a paste with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Apply this to the topside flat surfaces, like the seats and armrests and the top of the back. Let it sit at least ten minutes. Then flip the chairs so you can reach new surfaces. When the paste has been on every part of the chairs, rinse with garden hose or a bucket of warm sudsy water and rinse again. Try to set the chairs in direct sunlight for a couple of days. Then you can decide if your chairs look as good as new, or if you have to go to paint. Best wishes 😇

I just use sudsy lemon ammonia in hot water, or Awesome Orange in the half gallon jug mixed in hot water (from the Dollar Tree) I use a car brush to scrub any tough areas. Then rinse with a hose.
