If you need a dog shampoo for an oily coat, did you know that you can make your own? Check out this easy homemade dog shampoo recipe.

There are lots of different things that you can make for your pup.

This homemade dog shampoo is very easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. It will help keep your dog’s coat shiny and clean and is intended for pups with greasy or oily coats.

If your dog’s coat is oily, you should definitely try a dog shampoo for an oily coat. These typically contain ingredients like oats, baking soda, natural citrus, and aloe vera. Essential oils like peppermint and eucalyptus may also be helpful.

If your dog has an oily coat, you want to be sure that you wash them in warm water. Warm water will help break up the oil. Cold water does not do that.

Shake the bottle to remix the mixture. Then pour some of the oatmeal dog shampoo on wet hair. Work in with fingers until you see a light lather. It will not have a super thick lather.
