How can I clean light grout on a tile floor?

It seems like even after having the tile professionally cleaned and sealed that NO matter how I clean the floor that the dirt in the water darkens the grout in just a short time. Tried steam mop and numerous floor mops and even on my hands and knees and changing the water often.
