Make a paste with white vinegar and baking soda,baking soda and lemon,or cream of tartar and lemon -

Usually, to get rust off I use Whink Rust remover. -

a product called CLR removes calcium, limestone and rust -

Pour CLR then add Baking soda . Will foam up and brush tub or toilet. -
