Probally. Needs to be reglazed....nut ck and see if a reglaze. Kit comes with stain remover -

I use Clorox with bleach spray on cleaner, let it sit for several minutes and rinse well with hot water it will take a lot of old stains out or fill sink with 2 cups bleach and let it sit -

Add a cup or two of vinegar to a full sink of water and let it stand for time; then try scrubbing at the stains before letting the water out.
