What is the best way to clean the wall behind the stove?

when I replaced my old stove (yuckers) I ended up using Scrubbing Bubbles for bathrooms.........it worked awesome floor & walls.......instead of tedious hour scrubbing & cleaning it only took me about 10 min. -

It is just wallboard. I would like to replace it with industrial steel or aluminum but don't know where to get it or how to do it. -
