    Go get TSP powder (ask in Home Depot), also Purple Power solution , diluted in bucket of hot water, will do... you have to use big sprayer to apply it on walls, wait and wash it off with hot water.

    Depending on how bad it is, you could use an old fashioned sponge mop and a bucket of hot soapy water. You may wish to also try a solution of hot water and vinegar. You'll have to adjust the ratios depending on how bad the nicotine is.

    I used good old Formula 409 - the nicotine rolled off my mother in laws walls in streams.

    Wear gloves. That stuff is absorbed thru your skin. Tsp just don't be lazy, rinse it well.

    Best thing I use is Awesome Orange, or the Degreaser.....and its only a $1 for half gallon at the Dollar Tree, the stuff melts it off. Wear gloves and I use a car sponge to make speedy work of it.
