My wife loves Post-it notes- how can I get rid of the dye?

My wife loves Post-it notes and sticks them on the counter. When they get wet the dye in the paper bleeds out and they stain the laminate. What will remove the post-it dye safely?

Use bleach on a cotton ball to get just the area that is stained. -

Liquid dishwasher detergent is a great cleaner for laminate. -
