Toilet Bowl always dirty and gets stained fast.

I dont want to use those stick in cleaners as I have a dog that occassionally drinks from the bowl.

The easiest way in my opinion is to give it a swipe every morning with a toilet brush. You don't have to use cleaner EVERY day, but after everyone uses the bathroom in the AM, the last person out should grab the toilet brush and give the toilet a quick wipe, then flush it so clean water goes through. It's probably an issue with your water. If you can add a water filter that covers the whole house, I'll bet it will take away the problem. If you're not comfortable without using the cleaner, put it near the brush next to the toilet every night so it's there in the morning for the last person out to use. Dump, swish, flush. Of course, this isn't a FULL cleaning, someone will still have to do that on your schedule. BTW, this tip came from "The Fly Lady". You can look up her website if you want more cleaning tips. Agree with the poster above just use a brush and clean it out every morning. Should only take you a minute or two. -
