They have product called"Cabinet Sence " you can get this at almost any big store like LOwes or Home Depot . check to see if you can use this on light colored wood.Murphy soap is wonderful too. -

Add some degreaser to soap and warm water. Follow up with wipe down of Murphy's soap. -

Heat a cup of vinegar in microwave for one minute, add to one cup hot water, and add a healthy squirt of Dawn dish soap. Spray on cabinets and wipe clean.
