For regular cleaning, I use OrangeGlo. If there is scrubbing to be done, a paste of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. For greasy build up, a kitchen safe degreaser. I prefer microfiber cloths over paper towels.
Routine cleaning is a damp microfiber cloth. Greasy? A microfiber cloth dipped in Dawn dish detergent and hot water (mix in a dish pan or bucket. Wring it out so it isn't drippy. A soft tooth brush will work on any grooves or trim. Rinse with a clean, damp, microfiber cloth. Buff dry with another.
