Try Pore-N-Restore. Works great -

Try Super Clean (lots of folks call this the purple stuff). Read the instructions. I spilled paint on my asphalt driveway, got out the super clean , sprayed and let it sit for a few minutes and it all came right off with the spray of a hose. Most automotive stores carry this.
