How do I make a homemade tub and tile grout cleaner?

    Like many cleaners, DIY grout cleaners vary with people. Here are some ideas you can try. White toothpaste is what I use. Get toothpaste at the Dollar Tree.

    For mold/ oxygen-based powdered chlorine bleach in a paste.

    Gloves, ventilation & eye protection.

    Scrub, scrub & rinse rinse rinse.

    an old toothbrush with the handle bent works well.

    What's the best homemade grout and tile cleaner? Mix together 1/2 cup of baking soda, 1/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide, and 1 tsp dish soap. Apply cleaning mixture onto grout, wait 5-10 minutes, scrub and rinse

    Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn.
