Using your empty Febreeze bottle, mix 1/8 cup liquid fabric softener with 2 tablespoons baking soda and a cup of warm water. Shake it until the baking soda complete dissolves ( or it will clog up the sprayer ) then fill up the rest of the bottle with more water. Shake again to mix. Good Luck :)
old spray bottle...1/4 cup downey fabric softener....1/8 cup downey fragrance beads,fill bottle with hot water...shake and repeat shaking till beads dissolve.... usually take a day for the beads to dissolve so I always make a batch ahead of time

Hello, here's another recipe for you get a large spray bottle and add 2 tablespoons of baking soda and ¼ cup of fabric softener. Fill up the rest of the bottle with hot, clean, filtered water or hot distilled water. Shake the bottle until all of the ingredients are well blended. (Shake gently before each use).
