Comet cleanser applied to damp rag. When rinsed and dried, apply a good quality car wax to the tile (not the hrout). Let dry, then buff to a sheen.
magic sponge works perfect on the scum buildup on tile inside a swimming pool. A little elbow grease and comes right off! Won't hurt the tile. Shiny clean when finished.
