Hi, What are the proportions for the water, alcohol, and cornstarch window cleaner

I use a window cleaner that is equal parts water, alcohol and vinegar (not cornstarch) then add 3 drops dishsoap. This works very well.
1/4 c white cleaning vinegar
1/4 rubbing alcohol
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 c water
essential oil if you want
However, I use a microfiber cloth and nothing else.
Shake gently to mix
I use windshield washer fluid. Works on car windows and much cheaper than mixing different products.
8 parts water to 2 parts vinegar and a few drops of dish soap in a spray bottle should do the trick.
