Pull or scrape off as much as you can. Use something plastic like a credit card to scrape off. Then use Goo Gone to remove the adhesive. You can saturate paper towels and apply them over the duct tape to soften the glue.

Try WD 40.

Goof Off or WD40. Spray, let soak, wipe off & use a razor blade on what you can’t get off easily.
