Upcycled Wax Paper Box to Washi Tape Dispenser

Use an empty tin foil or wax paper box as a Washi Tape dispenser. It has a roll and built in serrated cutting edge.
I have a lot of Washi Tape. I've had it stored in a box, hanging from a tension rod and most recently stashed in a large drawer. None of those storage places worked out.
This wax paper box is the perfect size for Washi Tape. I simply covered the box in contact paper and then trimmed the edges.
And of course it comes complete with a roll for your tape. What I found was that different brands of Washi Tape have different size cores so not all them fit on the wax paper roll. Easy fix – slit your roll down the length of it and rewind it to a smaller diameter. Tape it securely and add your Washi Tape.
