While I was in the Halloween section of Walmart, I saw a package of glittered pumpkins and thought it would make a unique garland. Walmart was selling it as confetti but the pumpkins were large enough to be a garland.
So, I bought a package of jack o lanterns and a package of a mix.

They are really cute for $.98.
I just used my glue gun and glued them back to back every 9 inches on about 10.5 foot strand of jute twine. Originally, I was going to use 24 jack o lanterns across and back with a circle cutout but I was afraid they would constantly be flipping and showing the wrong side.
I love it. Sometimes it is fun to have a unique touch when it comes to party decor. When they ask where you got your garland, "Awww, , just a little something I made for the party." I'm the only one who will know how easy it was. (And whoever sees it here. 😉)
See these are fair sized decorations!
This picture only shows 8 but there are actually 12 total.
Next, I want to turn this package of confetti into a garland.
Happy Halloween! 🎃
I keep moving it around to find the perfect place. Here it adds to a Dollar Tree tablecloth.
Wouldn't this make a great classroom decoration? I hope a teacher will try this and post a picture.
