You need tray, felt or plastic web, glue gun or mod podge (if you are doing this with kids) a bow or spider.( all at the dollar store)
What you need
Center the piece of felt of plastic deco in the middle of your tray,( if you are using mod podge , apply your mod podge ) attach your accessories and you are done
The second one with a bow and the head
Busy parents can decorate too.
