Those are hilarious! The easiest directions I have seen called for black pantyhose. Stuff the feet with dark socks, and add a pair of long dark striped socks on the outside of the hose if you want to. Insert blue or red pool noodles into the legs (wrapped in dark clothing if you want them fat instead of skinny). Then stuff the panty part with dark clothing, and put panties on the legs if you want to. Put some black pointed toe shoes on the feet and stand a ragged broom nearby.
