Beach Sand Ornament
Want to know why I filled up a tic tac container with sand? I wish I could sprinkle some on me and magically transport back to the Maui beach I got it from. But I'm still pretty happy with what I did instead.
As a souvenir from our Maui trip last fall, I turned that container of sand into a pretty ornament.
I cut the design and date from white vinyl and applied it to the ornament.
And I found a pretty good way to get all the sand into the glass ball without spilling it all over my table.
Now it's a beautiful reminder of our vacation that really was the trip of a lifetime.
