Pick up a bunch of embroidery hoops. Print out a trapeze act & put in one. Print out lion tamer and put in another. Print out ringmaster for third. Hot glue these three together and hang on the wall for your '3 ring circus'.

Pick up plastic animals from dollar store (lions, tigers, elephants?) and place near cake or with buffet?

Use coat hangers and a hoola hoop with red & white striped fabric to make a tent top to hang in the room or as overhang by the food?

Hi Karen,

I have used a bundt cake pan, upside down, as the collar for a clown. Then I put a round Styrofoam ball in the middle and decorated it to look like the clown's head (add eyes, etc.). I put party hat on the clowns head. By adding a little pizzaz here and there, it made a cute clown centerpiece. You can also bake a bundt cake and decorate it much the same way for a clown birthday cake. Whatever you do, have fun!
