How to make a cotton ball wreath. This is a simple wreath made using Dollar Tree supplies. I made mine for Christmas and winter, but you can also change the decoration to use it for fall or any time of the year.

This cotton ball wreath is very easy to make in less than an hour. I used all Dollar Tree supplies to make mine. However, you can also find the wire wreath forms on Amazon if you can't find them in your store. Etsy also has some pretty colorful bottle brush trees that you can use.

To make this, you will need:

  • 14 inch wire wreath form
  • White mesh
  • Cotton balls
  • Scissors
  • Bottle brush trees

Start by wrapping the tulle around the wreath form. This is to stick the cotton balls to so you can cover the entire wreath. Use hot glue to attach the ends to the wreath. You can add more dots of glue if needed.

Then use hot glue to attach the cotton balls. I added them randomly with about three per row.

I took off the plastic base from the trees and then glued them on the bottom of the wreath.

Get creative with this fun wreath. You can add a mini Christmas house for Christmas or just add a burlap bow on the bottom. I also think it would be cute with greenery or faux berries stuck in the cotton balls.

Suggested materials:
  • Cotton balls
  • Wire wreath form
  • Bottle brush trees
