Hi friends! My name is Mauri and I blog at TheAmericanPatriette.com where I share ideas for all things home to help women bring beauty into their homes and ultimately make them places to gather. I love sharing easy-to-follow, budget-friendly, and beautiful DIY tutorials!
This DIY indoor wreath helps bring some character to our boring garage door, but it also serves as a handy holder for things easily misplaced around our house - namely keys and sunglasses!
This is one of the easiest DIY tutorials ever! Start out with a pre-made boxwood wreath and a pretty basket that fits inside.
Attach basket using floral wire.
Add a cute ribbon to give it some character. I used wired ribbon to help me give the bow more shape, but you can probably use any wider ribbon that you'd like. I love this buffalo check print!
Add a little chalkboard sign to the basket.
Hang it up to decorate your house, as well as to use to hold those things you always need right before you leave the house! This is where I almost always store my keys and sunglasses now, and I often put my phone in here before I leave the house, too, so I know where to find it when I'm on my way out.
Enjoy your cute and functional DIY project! Check out my blog for a full tutorial, as well as links to the exact items I used to assemble this wreath.
